If you are having issues connecting your buds, charging them, or think something’s wrong with the audio output, give these solutions a try. If you’re still having trouble, send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Make sure you have the latest firmware installed.
- Make sure the buds are powered on by inserting and removing them from case. If they are on, the LED lights on both buds should flash.
- Make sure Bluetooth on your device is turned on.
- Reset the buds in the case.
- Force close the Here app by double tapping on home button and swiping up on the app preview. Then try reopening the app.
- ‘Forget the buds in your device’s Bluetooth settings and reopen the app to re-pair them
