Connecting for Real-World Sound Control
If you are reconnecting with a previously paired device, Here One will automatically connect to your device for Real-World Sound Control as soon as the Here One app is opened and the Here Buds are in range.
When successfully connected:
- Each Here Bud will blink twice in succession to indicate that they have successfully connected.
- Your OS Bluetooth settings menu will also show that device names ‘H1LxxxxLE’, ‘H1RxxxxLE’ are connected. (Please do not attempt to make these connections manually from within your smartphone’s settings).
Buds not automatically reconnecting?
- In the Here One app, go to Settings -> My Buds and tap on the pair of buds listed.
Still having trouble?
Connecting for Music and Audio Streaming
Similarly Here One will automatically connect to your device for music and audio streaming when the buds are taken out of the case and in range.
When successfully connected:
- The LED light on the right bud will blink twice.
- Your OS Bluetooth settings menu will show that the device name ‘Here One’ is connected.
Buds not automatically reconnecting?
- Try heading to your smartphone’s settings screen and manually connecting to the device called ‘Here One”
