To perform a ‘hard reset’ on your buds:
- Place buds inside case
- Close lid and hold paper clip down for 15 seconds
- The case LED will initially turn off for 0.5s when the soft reset occurs but will turn back on.
- After 15 seconds, the hard reset will occur and the front case LED will turn off and stay off until the reset button is released
