We strive to create products that will fit as many ears as possible. Here One ships with three different sizes of ear tips – Small, Medium, and Large – to help ensure quality of fit across a wide range of ear sizes.
Our years of experience with in-ear products and our rigorous testing has helped us achieve a secure fit for the vast majority of ear types. We recommend trying out each tip size to find the one that’s most comfortable and creates the best seal for you.
How do I put the Here Buds in?
Insert the Here Buds with the tips facing forward and rotate them until they’re seated snugly within your ear. Each Here Bud should sit upright and flush against your ear.
How do I choose the right ear tips?
The medium-size silicone ear tips come pre-mounted on each Here Bud. If the medium tips do not create a tight seal, try out the small-size ear tips. If both the medium and small ear tips feel too loose, try the large-size ear tips. To optimize sound quality, we recommend using the biggest ear tip that fits comfortably in your ears.
We highly recommend experimenting with both ear tip types as the material will impact the audio experience.
